said it needed service. So off it went...one year old 11,245 miles. We'll see how it goes..my SA was less than educated and helpfull..I asked him how the key gets the information on it as I have comfort access (I did put the key in ignition before I shut the car off just to be sure) and he commented that I needed to put the key in to recharge it..I explained that this was not the case and he told me I was wrong...

...idiot. I also asked about the transission update and he looked at me like I was speaking greek...I gave up and just said the car shifted poorly and could they look at it.
I was planning on just coming back later to pick it up, but was told they would need the car for three or four days....

...so now i've got a brand new (108 miles) 2009 328.....wish I had my iPod adapter cord 'cause SAT isn't active and I'm too spoiled to listed to regular radio.....
The good news is the service manager is a co-workers neighbor whom I've met many times and he came over to say hello..hopefully that will be the only time I need to talk to him.
