Interior Wood Trim Removal Help

Anyone have a DIY for removing interior trim from the E70? I am planning on my car going to the body shop to get some ACS pieces installed, and while it's there I want to either install the titanium trim or have all of my wood trim pieces painted piano black, but don't want a major headache on my hands. I have had interior trim painted on a number of E46's, and my body shop does a great job that doesn't seem to chip or look any different after years of use. I think the titanium trim would match the space gray exterior the best, but piano black would be pretty cool as well, although it shows fingerprints A LOT.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hate to bring an old thread back from the dead but I'm looking to replace my wood trim with CF. Any luck finding any info on removing the wood trim panels?

I would think if you check what the clips look like in the ETK it should give you some good clues.

You have to remove the door cards to get those pieces of. From memory, the dash parts just pull out, be gentle though. The piece on the glove box does not come off.
