From what I can tell from your license plate it looks like you are in Utah ? How does lowering it affect it in the snow ?

Actually I'm in Canada. Driving in snow?? I guess we'll find out this year! It's not so low that it hits the curb or anything; and I certainly don't do any off roading. It's all about the tires, and I have a set of Pirelli Scorpions on 19" wheels sitting in my shed for winter...

Alberta plate maybe ? Looks similar to to the old "Ski Utah". Yeah if you are running 19s on snow you be fine.

The areokit looks great, on black though is very subtle. But still looks great. Not a fan of the M sport kit on the X5. Works on every other car from 1-7series, just not on the X5, aerokit much better choice.
