Take a Pasadena, imo...
Quality synthetic oil, rated for your car, is all you need. Several threads on oil additives, via the Search Tab: no need in almost every one's opin. If you want to do oil/filter changes with more frequency than the computer or the manual recommends, that is your call. GL,mD

No, you should not use them, and with all due respect, you should forget they exist. BMW is not the only engine manufacturer that does not recommend them. Virtually every engine builder out there does not recommend their use.
As motordavid stated "Good Quality (synthetic not necessary IMO) Oil " is all you need. (that meets the OEM specifications). |
