P.S. FWIW, On the Ford Taurus, they specify an oil change every 6 months, regardless of mileage. |

Tried that for about 20 minutes. Its impossible to see where anything goes after the first foot or so of tubing. You'll see when you get yours!

With my low-mileage vehicles I change it at 18 months. I wouldn't worry about 24 months, but I wouldn't go past that myself.

I get my oil change done every 6 or so months... no free maintenence plan in Australia so we pay every time...I got mine changed at the first 1000k's as well.
