First aid kit

My 35d did not have a first aid kit in the storage area where the the owners manual said it would be. Is BMW still including the kit in new vehicles?

Not in the U.S.

I believe it is a legal requirement in Europe to include them.

I took one from my infinity that I sold and threw it in the cargo area in the back.

Our new X5 35d did not have the first aid kit or the warning triangle shown in the manual. Of course it also didn't have the gas strut to hold up the cargo bay floor.

You can purchase both the warning triangle and first aid kit from the dealer should you wish. USA cars dont come with them.

I guess that is why I have not received the kit after complaining to the Sales Manager and him saying they'll get one right out to me. Apparently, he really knows his product!
