Battery issues & clock resets - what do you have connected poll ?

Just interested to see if there is a pattern to the battery resets.. high battery discharge... I have disconnected my ipod and have not had a reset... I drove 2.5 hours last week.. stopped for 5 mins and got a clock reset ..had the ipod and iphone plugged in... shouldn't be an issue but just wanting to see if there is a distinct pattern associated with USB port..

james,

Sorry to hear you're having problems. You probably should have had a "no issues" option. I always have a phone or iPhone connected; and sometimes have iPod connected. So I use lots of different options with 6FL and built-in phone. No battery or clock resets.

You don't have a battery discharge problem, you have an alternator problem. OEM alternator is not charging battery properly. Mine replaced under warranty. Now no more battery drain issues.
