4.8i Front springs part number!

Guys, i bought my X lowered, and i'am going back to normal factory set up. The ride is extremely harsh with added 215's.

Yesturday i ordered back links, cost was about 5$, and i ordered the front springs as well, but today i got a call from the guy who orderes my parts from germany, and he tolled me that, under my VIN it shows three different springs, he says since my car has adaptive drive, thats the reason it shows three different springs, so we are all confused.

I don't order parts from the dealership because they have prices which are 5 times more expansive then these kind of shops, so could anyone be kind enough to give me the NORMAL FRONT SPRING PART NUMBER?

As i mentioned above, my aim is to go back to normal factory mode, and increase the height of the car and the ride comfort.

Thanks in advance.

The realoem catalog says the front springs part number depends on your particular vehicle and options. This is why they go by the VIN number. You may have to check with a local dealer and get the part number. Then you can order that part from where ever the cost is reasonable. I really don't think there is much difference anyway between the three springs.

There are a few forum members who have lowered their X5. Maybe someone can sell you their old (original) springs. Unfortunately I already gave mine away...
