Wheels America does them too. They are all over the place and do most of the dealers around here. They come out to the dealers and can fix them in a day. Ours was done by the dealer before we bought it, and you can't tell the difference from new.

No worries! Don't remember if it was from bimmerfest or elsewhere but certainly useful. I took the wheel off of the car before doing any spray painting (just to be safe).

Jacking it up and putting on the spare would be a lot easier than covering an entire E70 with sheets...

OH, that's right most E70s don't have a spare. I guess they could just leave it hanging on their 2 post lift while they ran out back with the spray paint

Hey, some of us (unfortunately) have 4 spares --- they're called our winter wheel/tires
I'm waiting for mine to get enough "curb rash", then going to have them repaired and changed from the silver color to the other BMW EOM "grey" color.

What is EOM "grey"? Did you mean OEM grey?

So are typical BMW wheels grey or silver?

Yes, that was a typo. I meant "OEM ferric grey" is the color that I would prefer on my Space Gray X5. This picture is of a different wheel but this is the ferric grey color.

The current wheels are silver.
