Service Adviser called and said that "the shop foreman thinks this is normal behaivor"... Go look at any other one, you id10t!!!

wow, that is BS. have you had him look at another? i mean it seems simple enough... if the computer checks out maybe it is a bad door switch or loose connection to a door switch. could there be a short near the light or a pinched wire causing is turn on?

wow, one of JMK's master tech is Carlos, he is a very nice guy, try to speak with him... I rode with him one time on my X just to test my car, and he even showed me the whole shop...

yes, i reached out to Carlos already.. he is the Service Manager... he is on it.

everything turns off except this lights in the 2nd row footwell. they become dim / more yellow but dont turn off.

Since they are dimming somewhat, it sounds like a problem in the lighting control module to me, but without the schematic, it's hard to diagnose.

yea, tell that to the shop foreman who thinks this is "by design".. what, he never seen a car before?? what a bunch of incompetent @#$@#$#@.

i wrote a pretty serious email to the Service Manager.. got an immediate response... updates tomorrow.

if they did reprogram, it should be noted in the receipt - make sure they've actually tried.
