Well if I had the same guy I would. I've gotten 3 different ones because one I wanted to return to was on vacation, then the next time the other guy I liked no longer works there. This one I have now is the one who had my car when it was scratched. Another one that I spoke to on the phone was supposed to get me documents and after a month she still never did. I am a nice soft-spoken guy in person and never threw a fit at anyone - it's not like they're out to get me - WTF do I do you know? This is supposed to be a top-rated dealer according to the annual surveys. This is the only place I can get a loaner.

Good point. May be I should start with getting my CA a gift. I gave him a very good review on Yelp. Is that enough? He is not the service guy but I'm thinking it would help on the long run. Any ideas on what is a good gift for a CA? The service reviews are terrible at this dealership but they are all like that around here. So, all things equal, taking care of the staff might improve the situation.

But not all the service guys like it when coffee swilling college boys flirt with them...
