Any rumors on 2011 pricing?

On the verge of ordering a 2010 X5 3.0i...already reached a price negotiation point that I'm satisfied with...but thinking about waiting for 2011 facelift and potential engine upgrade.

- Any rumors about pricing of 2011 models? Should base price go up with an upgraded TT engine?

- When might pricing be available? I don't want to lose out both on the opportunity for the $2,500 holiday credit, then also have to pay a higher base price...double-whammy!

- I'm seeing dealerships offer about $1,000 over invoice for the 3.0i. Is it reasonable to expect this same deal for a 2011 model?

Thanks.

BMW NA announced earlier this month that all prices will increase by 0.4% and the delivery charge is going up $50.

I would think that with a TT V8 the price would increase, and I would guess by about $1000-$1500, so the difference is about $11,000, which is on par with the X6 price gap between the two models. You will not be able to get $1000 over invoice instantly after the MY2011 becomes available in the spring for orders, and the holiday credit will also be long gone, but at the rate BMW has been doing promotions I would not be surprised to see something for the MY2010 clear out when the MY2011's are coming in.

Just to clarify, I'm curious about the potential for a upgraded twin-turbo 6-cylinder engine. How much price increase might result from this new engine?

When might be get official pricing? If the 2011 model starts production in March/April, as has been rumored, how far in advance of that should pricing come out?

Sorry about that! Everyone gets caught up in the TT V8 with 400+ hp. However, for the sensible person a TT I6 does just fine. For price I would not expect much of an increase ($1000 tops) as it would not help BMW due as the ML is 45k so...

Also as the facelift would be released quite soon, I expect a announcement of price from BMW NA in either the press release after the launch or within a month of first showing, but it depends when it launches, and as I am not familiar with the major auto shows are I can't put a date on it.

Much appreciated! That's what I was hoping to hear about the price increase.
