Yes, he is leasing. I agree with you on the 62 splices, also with an electrical background. It's ludicrous. I can only imagine some tech with a solder gun and some shrink wrap working on the 18 or 19 gauge harness.

Solder? They're prolly using a crimp tool and electrical tape.
