HELP: E70 backup Camera & Handbrake question

Hi E70's owner

i have a E70 07 4.8L with sports package.
1. My Backup camera, when night time. its totally Distorted, All Time. the service chief foreman told me dat its normal!. told me dat it takes awhile to heat up the camera.... Day time is good. not sure izzit BMW build the Backup camera for day time use only??

2. When i pack my car... i press the P button on e shift, pull the Small little electorinc handbrake P as well. and press the STOP button to turn off the engine. When i pull out the Key. the car BODY move, especially when u park upslope or downslope. I took the car to show the Chief head foreman of BMW, he told me its normal as well..... one time my wife gets out of the car first, and she got hit by the door after i pull key out!!

I am not sure is this NORMAL from what the Dealer in the EASTBAY Head Forman told me...

thank you very much
