I had this and found that creating a new copy of the DVD (onto a DVD-R) helped greatly. Since moving onto this I have never had the problem.

Perhaps any ideas which way to burn and what disc brand to use? I've tried several of the big names, using Nero, slowest speed as well as highest burning speed, different computers, but lately I can't get the nav working more than couple of minutes. |

Yes there is an SIB for it and I posted it. Do a search. What is happening is you are getting read errors due to hardening of the anti-vibration gel on the read head. It will only get worse. Get it replaced under warranty ASAP.
