I'm sorry, but you shouldn't be turning left in front of oncoming traffic unless you know you have enough time to make the turn without imperiling the oncoming driver. If you have to have instantaneous warp speed to do that, you are at best inconsiderate, and at worst, a dangerous driver. My $.02
