Thumbs down Halo Lighting Debacle

I ordered a set of H8 Xenesis lamps from Bimmian for the halo lights on my X5.

They fit so poorly that they would wiggle loose and eventually drop out.

After several back and forth emails with them, and a video to prove the terrible fit, they finally agreed to take them back. They said that they have a no return policy on installed lamps, so after they saw the video of how poorly they fit, I was granted a return authorisation number.

I do not recommend these lamps at all due to the very poor fit. They actually tried to blame the vehicle for the poor fit and not the bulbs!

If you want to see the short video of them installed, please follow this link:

On a side note. I am not sure of the quality of the Xenesis bulbs. A friend purchased 2 sets of H7 lamps, and after only 2 weeks, one low beam lamp has already burnt out. They do offer lifetime burnout guarantee, but you have to pay the postage to get them.
