Car shifts to Neutral at speed

Well, I'd like to chime in that our diesel has also had this stalling issue. While it doesn't show up as often as it does for KmanOz with an error message, it has still stalled. The sequence is similar, if not exactly the same. On our occasions, we would be reversing and the car will cut out and shift into neutral. This is a low speed occasion (<5 MPH) and has happened 3 times. Another time, my father switched from Reverse to Drive, ready to go up our driveway and upon acceleration, it also cut out. Again, a low speed occasion, but it can turn into a bigger problem judging by others' experiences.

The last time we brought it in for this problem, our dealership opened another PUMA case with BMWNA. This time, they took a fuel sample from our car, but we haven't heard anything back yet.
