Earlier this year I purchased some Bridgestone Blizzak LM-25's, however after installation and a some km's, I noticed (by fluke) that the tires that were installed were already 3 years old (Date stamp on side wall of tire). They were unused of course, but obviously sitting in the back of the tire shop's storage and forgotten about. It is recommended that a tire be no older than 6 years old, regardless of mileage.
Anyway, long story short - the tire place wouldn't do a thing for me, however after I contacted Bridgestone, they had the tires replaced and provided me with the new LM-60's. I am super impressed with Bridgestone, and the newly released LM-60's are absolutely leagues above the traction and performance of the now discontinued LM-25's.
I meant to share this with you all a few weeks back...sorry for the delay.
