They did admit the second time that there is issues with x5 re battery and software. Go back to your dealer and get them to do the same and you can then sleep peacefully.

My local dealer and BMWNA wouldn't replace my battery. I just traded off my lemon and haven't had any problems with my Lexus GX 460 Premium.
