Brake\Front Wheel Issues

In the past few days since I've had my 214 20's on my X5 I keep hearing this loud noise when I brake slowly like if Im at a traffic light and move up a few feet.

I did have to slam on the brakes to avoid someone blowing a red light a few days ago, and maybe that caused it. I'm just trying to figure out what the problem is before going to the dealer in case they give me a hard time about the aftermarket wheels.

Perhaps the extra mass from the wheels may be putting some additional stress on the brake system, rotor and pad face. I think it would go away after a few hard stops. Kinda like re-seating the pads.

Thats what I was thinking, but I had them on there a good week before it started doing it. It didn't really start till I slammed on them. Its almost like a loud humming noise, but its not unless I stop slowly.
