Didn't get an E70...but I am back to BMW :)

Test drove an X5 and an X6 Hybrid this weekend. The X6 Hybrid was shockingly fast, but it just seemed odd to have such an engine rumble and blazingly fast acceleration in a "green" car. Really wanted to fall in love with the E70, but I just could not get the bitter taste out of my mouth from by bought back '07 3.0si and my almost as bad '08 4.8i. Also, the E70s (and 2 X6s) they had at the dealer were ALL hooked to battery chargers. Not a good sign, since the other models on the large showroom floor did not have chargers.

Today, I took delivery of a beautiful 2010 750i. Graphite Metallic, with black nappa leather. Convenience pkg, camera pkg, ceramic controls, rear and side power shades, comfort access, rear heated seats, front active & ventilated seats...

Wow, that twin turbo V-8 is amazing. After having an '07 750iL, it's hard to believe BMW could make a more comfortable car...well they did

Back to BMW...Freude am Fahren!
