Help! E70 Rear lamp not working

The LED section on my rear lamp (Hatch side) is not working, any suggestion how to fix that? Thanks.

Go to dealer. I would presume it is under warranty.

Took the X5 to dealer and the SA indicated there was water inside the light, will take it in for warranty to replace both units. I found about 1 inch of water inside both lights after the car wash yesterday.

hopefully you won't have to wait too long for parts. I've been waiting four weeks for the same parts to get delivered to the dealer.

Already scheduled to have both replace on Thursday afternoon. The parts were ordered on Saturday, I hope they are right.

its a common fault on most e70 ive had mine changed due to water damage but the i drive didnt show up there was a bulb out.

After 7 weeks and still waiting for parts from Germany. The SA told me that there are few hundred of the tail lamps still on back order for Western Canada region.

the tail lights are in National Back order in the US as well. Not sure when we can get them. I have been waiting for 3 weeks. My SA told me that they could be redesigning the lights so the flaw(water leak) will not happen to the new part... Not sure if that is true, but just have to be patient, I guess.
