Alignment problem on a brand new e70

Has anyone had their wheel alighment off within 1000 miles of taking delivery of your X5? In my case, the truck drives straight (or almost straight), but the steering wheel seems to be not completely centered and is turned just a bit to the left when going straight. That's kind of annoying, especially that I didn't have any issue like that with my former 2007 335i. I took the X5 to the dealership, and they found the alignment to be a little off (they said they needed to adjust the toe). When I got the car back, the issue is still there and is even more noticeable. Basically, if I keep the streering wheel dead-straight, the truck pulls to the right, so I need to turn the wheel to the left to avoid that, which frustrates me. Also, the steering may have become a bit lighter after the dealership's adjustment. Can adjusting the toe result in a lighter steering? (I thought positive caster is more responsible for the heavy steering feel).

I'm back to the dealership tomorrow, but I wanted to hear other people's inputs regarding this situation. Thanks!
