There are two maintenance plans, scheduled maintenance (oil, filters) and full maintenance (sched items, plus unscheduled items like brakes, clutches, wiper blades, etc).
Canada has only the scheduled maintenance, unless we buy the top-up to full maintenance from the dealer.
