How to remove H8 bulbs

First of all, this is a great website. I have been reading the E70 forum and you guys inspire me to do a little mod myself. I am changing the angel eye bulbs with the GP thunder 8500k. However, I just can't get the connectors off the H8 bulbs. I can barely get my hand into the opening and I can not disconnect the wire from the bulb. I even drag my wife out there to have her try it thinking her smaller hands would help. No luck, two nights and 1.5 hours later and I am no closer.

Any Help and insight pls. Thanks.

Use a small flat head screwdriver to GENTLY pry the connector off.

It took me 15 mins to take out the first H8 bullb. It is a very tight squeeze and my wrist got scratched. I used what Noodle555 said and that helped it alot. After getting the technique down it took me less than 5 mins to pull the other bulb out.
