Question.

What are theose sqaure cutouts in the rear bumper - between the parking assist sensors. They look like hidden washer nozzles.

Yes that's exactly what they are. BTW, those hooks can also be used to attach some BMW accessories like a bike rack,

OEM tow hook covers.

why tint the rear reflectors but not the taillights or vice versa?

I did not tint anything, I do not like those reflectors and I do not want my tail lights tinted.
