Why my 19" wheels are so heavy? It is much heavier than my other vehicles. Is it the cheap rims or the RF tires?

what other vehicles do you have 19" rims on? They are pretty heavy by themself... I had to load 4 of them into someone's X when I sold it to them. My other SUV has just 16" rims, similar to a lot of passenger vehicles, just to compare.

RFTs don't help either, they are quite a bit heavier

My 18" stock wheel + RFT weighed total about 80lbs. My aftermarket forged wheel with non-RFTs are 55lbs each.
(All BMW wheels are cast, which are heavier than forged wheels)

Not all....some are forged. The wheels on the 650 are forged. I'm sure there are others as well. You just have to upgrade to them......Phil
