X535d Ordered!
My wife and I just placed an order 8/3 and I'm hoping we can take delivery by the end of Sept Hopefully with the summer break, production becomes faster. I want to take advantage of the Ultimate Drive Credit. I'm looking for that sweet spot between being produced with the revised bright white corona rings and at my dealer by the 30th! 2011 X35d; Platinum Grey; Cinnamon Brown; Dark Burl; ZAP (sav pac); 20" upgrade #214; ZRC (rear climate pac); heated front; running boards; and space saver spare. I had some post-decision dissonance between the diesel and the 35i, b/c faster should always be better--right? But the various trade offs (e.g., torque, credits, slightly better mpgs) hopefully will make up for it. Besides it's my wife's car. Great site BTW. I'm usually over at the 'Fest or 'Post.

Congratulations, it's an excellent choice either way. We love our diesel!
Michael.
