1. TSBs and SIBs are not 'actionable'. I would NEVER include them with any work order UNLESS I had issues/symptoms that matched those describe in the TSB/SIB... often it is better to start with just a straight complaint with your symptoms, see how they do- maybe ask them to "evaluate TSB xyz".
2. Any recall must be done and is linked to your VIN. Even if you bring in a recall, if BMW doesnt list it for your car it isn't getting done!
3. DEF, just make sure the work order you get back lists 6.5 gallons of DEF. I'd waiting until I got the paperwork back...if you say "that paperwork had better list 6.5 gal" then maybe it will and the DEF fill still might not be right.... just sayin'
