Oh, one last item. Demand to see before and after alignment numbers. AND insist that the front and rear toe be "on the low side of the allowable range". Like 0.02 toe in and no more. BMW allows huge toe and it will DRAMATICALLY impact tire wear.

an update…

So I decided to do it at the dealership. This is my first visit, just wanted to see how it goes. When I brought it in, the pulling to the left side was minimal, but they advised me it needs a wheel alignment. I said OK let’s do it.
Now car is ready and I took it for a test drive (along with mechanic on the passenger sit) to see if left side pulling is gone, and boom what I discovering, it now pulls to the right a LOT and the steering wheel is actually bend to the right. If I hold it straight car immediately goes to the left.
I left the car at the dealership to correct it and I hope they do it right this time.

This is the specs they gave be, before and after.

With today's alignment machines, any monkey can do alignment as long as he can get the little arrow into the center of the green bar. Ask the monkey to explain what he did and what the end result will be and most cannot give you a qualified answer.

Certain repair items are best done by specialists and not the dealerships technicians.
