Nav system issue - driving me in loop on NJ turnpike

Yesterday I had been on NJ Turnpike, nav system was telling me get off and take the exit and again immediately it was asking me to get on to same exit and it happened 4-5 times, after which I switched it off and followed the nav system on my phone.

Any one from NJ, can you confirm if this happened to you?

You were probably on the Trucks lane. Happened to me before but i prefer trucks lane, less congestion usually...

In Chicago you can get off I290 and Parallel the interstate. There are times when I have gotten off the express way and the GPS thinks it is still on the expressway 50 feet to my right. It keeps telling me to get off at the next exit. Could be the GPS may have been confused on your location if it was a over/under situation

There is a "Crazy Ivan" thread about the same issue on the bimmerfest.com.... Ha ha ha, yeah, NAVI does behave weird on some highways in NJ - Turnpike, rt 78, etc.

It happens to me in my 2010 X5. I usually take the car-only lanes, and the NAV tries to redirect me into the truck lanes. I blame it on the map vendor. Hopefully its fixed in the next release.
