Interior mod?

Has anyone thought of trying to add the knee pads next to the drink holders on the X5M on a non M truck. Looks like it goes over the trim pieces and is part of the tray? Has anyone looked into this yet.

It's possible, but looks very expensive.

It does add a nice look to the X5, I have thought about that mod too.
