If you have very dry leather that is in need of care I would recommend leatherique. Another product that I have only heard good things about but haven't used is leather masters trio. Phil sells it at detailers domain.
Leatherique works very well and plumps up the leather to brand new condition. |

Leatherique is definitely good if you are trying to bring back really dry rough leather. For the regular cleaning and conditioning, I really like the Zaino stuff, easy to use, been using it on my e93 for 3 years and the seats look like brand new still - their cleaner works wonders and will get anything off leather, even pen. The conditioner makes your car smell like brand new leather!

I've used Lexol (twice per year in spring and fall) in all my cars in the past 15 years, and all of them looked like new to the day I sold them.

I have been using lexol for 20 years on my leather goods. When every old shoe guy tells me to lexol my shoes when I get them repaired, I have a good feeling about recommending it to others.

Lexol cleaner and conditioner, two separate products.
I have also used Connolly Hide Food for conditioning. Good stuff.
