if you report a specific problem, they'll almost always do it... why do you want it done?
I've had mine updated to the latest at least 3 or 4 times now because of various other work. When my door handle lights stayed on overnight, they reprogrammed it completely then too.

To be more precise:
(1) They can update it to the latest version of the "old style" i-drive, which you may already have (and would likely only have minor bug fixes and no "visible" changes). (2) They cannot update it to the "new-style" i-drive which was introduced on the 2010 X5. I assume was you want is #2. |
