My wife has been complaining about "no sound" and "no cds" and other hit or miss stuff.
But when I try and get a coherent complaint it sounds like a newb post here... (yes, I tell her if I was a BMW service writer I'd last about 40 minutes....) I need to really get her to focus and capture the behaviors when they occur so we can document it and get it in for service. Doesn't bother me at all (since I never drive it...)  A

I'll bet that if you report this (with video from your phone to prove it, preferably), they will reprogram to the latest. When was the last time it was done on your '07?

^ just make sure your SA validates your concern in some way, show it happening to him or the tech. I was able to do this with video from my phone and the SA said it was validated on the report they type up and they had to fix it - otherwise the tech will likely say no problem found in the 20 minutes they tried and just return your car, wasting your time.
