Will E90 wheels fit E70 X5?

I don't know too much about wheels, just trying to figure this one out.

E90: 5x120 bolt pattern Offset: fronts can be 35-40, and the rears can be 20-25 or 35-40.

E70: 5x120 bolt pattern Offset: I'm seeing different sets of numbers.

For example these wheels (19 x 8.5 et35) : http://www.modbargains.com/Avant-Gar...ls-E90-E92.htm

would they fit e70 35d w/sport package?

Maybe I'm overlooking something... weight of the truck in comparison to the e9x could be too much for the rims?
