22" wheel ride
How's the ride on 22's? is it much harsher than 19" with run-flats? I know run-flats give a rough ride, so i'm thinking either 20 or 22" with std tires |

Also how do ppl feel about staggered vs same width all around on 20+ wheels?
either 285's all around or 285 front / 315 rear.. |

Do you have the sport activity model with the flared fender arches in the rear? If not, you'll need the flared pieces as the staggered setup will look strange in the rear w/o them.
I personally have the SA model w/214's staggered and love the more aggressive look, as it greatly differentiates itself from other X5's that you see out there. As for non-RFT's, did you order the spare tire and jack? If not, what are you going to do if you get a flat? I'd definitely vote against the 22's regardless, as its just way too heavy and offers no protection against bad roads. Lastly, did you get the wheel/tire warranty from dealer? FYI this plan does not cover non-RFT's.

I have a 35d so the SAV was not an option, where get I get the flared wheel arches?
I did not order the spare tire and jack, that is what roadside assistance and AAA towing are for....didn't get the tire warranty b/c knew i was changing wheels so wouldn't be covered Quote:
