Seeking Opinion: Which Style 214 Finish?

So I recently acquired a 2011 Vermillion Red 35d - absolutely love it.

I have an 18" winter tire/wheel set-up on it now and have traded my 19" All Season Continental Set in on Style 214 20" & summer rubber...

So I have this credit and now I need to decide which 214 finish? It was a no brainer earlier when there was only the traditional OEM Silver Finish..

But now BMW is offering a new black high gloss finish that I am seriously considering....A very different look than traditional finish wheel.

I really like them both..However, if cost is not out-of-whack, I'm starting to lean to the high gloss black wheel finish with blacked-out grills...Am a little concerned I might tire of it after a year or two..

Wifey likes the traditional finish, my teenager likes the high gloss black. What do you all think???

Traditional. Not really into black unless on Black vehicle. Even then it's getting overdone.

where have you seen a pic of the black gloss finish?

A member here has the vermillion red with the ferric gray finish - looks great. I would do that over the traditional silver for a red.

Ferric gray is the perfect finish !

I like the Ferric Gray a lot. That's what BMW makes available on some 21" wheels.

Another member has the 215's in black gloss..Have seen pix of his on his Vermillion Red X5.

I have not yet seen the 214's in the new black finish. My parts contact at the dealer is trying to find some pricing and pix for me.

They look similar to the finish I see on the style 215 21" in Ferric Grey on the BMW Accessory site....I personally prefer the 214 over the 215 style.

You can get a shop to paint or powdercoat it in that color.

The Ferric grey comes one the 215's.
