My first BMW

Hi everyone. I just picked up a used 2008 X5 3.0si CPO'ed. I have a few questions since I was lurking around here for a bit before actually making an account.

I searched and I can't find the answer, maybe i'm searching wrong.
So my problems is when I'm coasting to a stop at any speed. I feel the car shifting and it would slow down a lot. (Ex. I would be coasting at 30mph going down to about 20mph, then I would feel a slight shift/jerk and it slows down a lot more)

Another thing is when I'm at a complete stop and I release the brakes, the car would jerk forward violently, not all the time, like 50/50.

Another thing is when I'm reversing and turning, I hear like creaking sounds from the back. I'm not sure if that is normal.

Everything else is fine, I love the car!
I got it for 36k including 5 years of paintless dent repair. I got it with 39k miles on it though with prem. tech. cold. rear climate. ipod.
