I ponied up for this bumper guard after seeing their pic on the site. Pretty good quality (the foram is at least 3" thick) and it literally takes less than 5 secs to install, which is key for me.

I have a video monitoring system installed in my car right now. Although it won't protect the car itself, you would at least know who the culprit is. 3rdeyecam.com if you want to check it out

how does that video monitoring system inform you of damage to your side? Looks like it's only front and inside the car.

my lens is actually wider so you can see out more of the side door windows. It doesn't inform you of damage but it records constantly, so you would know if someone hit you or not.

Yup. I would do the same. I'd have a tow hitch for sure, and slap a big ball on it.

Really? At least the car is locked. The strap on bra seems to not be locked, all I am getting at.
