The car came with two, you should go back to the seller and ask for two.

Does it have comfort access?

Yes it does, when it wants to work. i asked the dealer for the second key, they said they received it with only one. no valet key either, just the shell.
the sales guy went to a 3 series took out a remote key and told me, all you have to do is programmed it.....i knew it was BS....put i kept it anyway.

Comfort Access keys are $400 a piece, I'm told. I believe the non-Comfort versions are $300.

I think they will also charge you to code them to the car, although my dealer told me they wouldn't if they key was faulty even after warranty.

Close on the non-comfort access key. I paid $250 with programming.

Just paid $322 for an E93 key with comfort access (incl taxes), hopefully won't have to pay for programming.

I just got a non-comfort access for $200.00 no programming required, just put it in the dash and it programs itself.
