X5 sports seats
My 2011 X5 Sport Nappa leather seat got some air bubbles (only the bottom part where you're sitting), I asked my dealership to change it and they agreed. The service guy told me it's just a cover which they will exchange and not a totally new seat. Does anybody know, because I got a feeling the dealership is just playing around with me and really don't want to change it for me.

I believe the SA is correct. I had some issues with the stitching seperating on the top half of the seat and they just changed out the cover not the entire seat. The service print out after indicated just a cover swap as well...
