~2 yrs to first oil change, via those records...
and, looks like a 'commuter car' with the front & rear brakes
being done in so few miles, fwiw.

Dunno, if it's 'good' or 'not so good', overall.

The veh. was delivered on 06/02/08 and 1st serviced (oil) on 05/27/09 @ 9,194 miles ...... do u think they waited too long ??? If the factory put in Mobil Synth. @ delivery I would think the 12month is not a concern ???

Sorry, I misread the list of stuff...typical/normal for oil change under warranty, imo. The brakes must have been leaned on however, to wear in that time frame...maybe not a symptom to get concerned with, maybe just NJ/NY stop and go. Don't really have a strong opin either way; maybe some of the Used X Mavens can help.

It's hard to say, however, there is still factory warranty up to 6/2012 and you get CPO warranty up to 6/2014.

Nothing too serious on the service records, IMO, but I agree with md that it has used a lot of brakes, both front and rear. That means lots of stop and go. And while the brakes have been done, stop and go is much harder on a transmission than highway miles. It does have CPO warranty, so that provides some mitigation there.

So I wouldn't run away, or jump at it, based solely on this summary. I would decide based on how much I liked the car, the price, and the condition as reported by an independent pre-purchase inspection. Especially that last one.

Yeah, It all depends on the price, condition, and deal you're getting. I love my 08' CPO X5.

I just bought an '08 3.0si w/46k mi for $34... From an independent guy, car needed tires and a detail and it looks and runs unbelievable now. I had all of the same basic service type things done and have CPO til '14. I love it... Good luck!
