Q to all who have installed flares for a summer set
Do you guys drive around with flares on your winter set up after the warm weather gives out for snow time? Can you switch back to the non flare for winter or is that simply redic? My worries are that my 18s will look really weird with flares during the 5 months plus here in buffalo when it snows
.Any thoughts are appreciated! FWIW I am hoping to get some 215s to give my x some differentiation from the insane amount of x's in my "hood"

You don't want to be swapping flares, the plastic rivets are not reusable.

Not sure that you use spacers but I used them last winter with my 19s and it helped the "looks". As far as I could tell, the performance was not compromised. Switching the flares all the time would also be a royal PITA.

It looks a bit stupid in the winter, but I couldn't be bothered to swap the flares back - it certainly can be done and only takes a few minutes, but you will need to keep a good supply of plastic rivets and a plastic rivet gun on hand to do it.
