Roof Rack Drivers Side Rust Showing

Hello,

Brought in my 2008 X5 "just purchased" CPO'd . The Roof rack was showing some signs of rust on the drivers side. The dealer agreed to replace the rack . They only replaced one side of the roof Rack!!!!!! Clearly this is not going to match up with the passenger side. Dealer states that since there is no defect in the passenger side they would not be able to replace. I pretty much think this is like painting half of the roof ..... Any thoughts anyone else have the same issue ? Should BMW replace both sides ? Am I just a PITA customer...... Dam the dealer pisses me off!
