spacers and adapters

Hi there, so i bought a set of wheels which came of X6 and thanks to LeMansX5, he has explained to me how to get adapters and provided links as well. The problem is the are out of stock. Some few other places i called said the adapters will push my wheels out and might affect the Xdrive. Now my rear wheels are 315/35. So some recommend spacers..this is actually doing my heading. and unfortunately my dealer is not helping alot. Can someone please explain which is better? I want to avoid machining the hub bore.
