PS- Why can't you post the price? As long as you are not advertising your services, I don't see why it would be an issue.
PM sent

I can post the price I paid, but how will people know where to buy the lights? I don't think the forum allows members to advertise/promote vendors.

I see in the photos that they do look amber, but the turn signals on the LCI lights for the US are red, not amber. Apw2607 is correct.

Thanks mate!!

I've done a bit of research on this and found out there are two different versions of the side panel LCI taillights

- Euro-spec LCI taillights 63217227789 and 63217227790
- US-spec LCI taillights 63217227791 and 63217227792

Can anyone please post the part numbers for the complete replacement to upgrade the rear lights on the 2010 X5M to the version that is on the LCI 2011 X5M?

I see Ninja posted some numbers above but isn't the tail light 5 pieces? Isn't it inner/Outer tail lamps, trunk lamps (4 total) and Plug and Play (PnP) harnesses? He only posted 2 part numbers.

I would greatly appreciate it and any info on price and what to tell the dealer in order to recode will be great.

Did anyone replace the lights themselves and then take into dealer for coding? Or was the entire thing done at the dealer?

Thanks

Cue

63-21-7-227-791 rear tail light
63-21-7-227-792 rear tail light
63-21-7-227-793 rear light, trunk
63-21-7-227-794 rear light, trunk

There aren't any plug-n-play harnesses to buy. I had the dealer do the install and coding all at once, but I hear the install is pretty easy. Just tell the dealer to recode for the LCi tail lights; they should know what to do.
