Can someone please reconfirm that these bulbs are white when lit but blink amber. So, they are two color bulbs? I've been tryin to find these two-color bulbs but nowhere in any description does it clarify that they are two color.

Hi, nope these are always white, when lit and blinking

I am looking for led bulbs that blink amber, but are white when lit. Anyone know where I might find those?
