X5 noob

Hello, I am new to Xoutpost. I placed in order on a 2012 X5 35i on Friday, and have a build date set for 6/14. Its a Sport Activity w/M-Sport. Sapphire Black, Oyster Navada, and Dark Bamboo.

I am looking forward to 4-doors, and better all around capability than my 135. My decision came down to the X5 or CPO '10 M3 Sedan. I wanted something roomier after an '08 135, '06 325. My wife had an '07 X3 that I really liked, that she traded for a '10 GLK (a very disappointing car, now she has a '11 Explorer-better in every way).

The X5 has that certain BMW-thing; minimal body bulk, an understated/comfortable interior, intuitive transmission/throttle response, excellent packaging, and masculine appeal.

Thanks, this forum has been very helpful!
